About the hotel

We have 50 comfortable bedrooms – many with views of the beach and Great Yarmouth’s famous Golden Mile – a spacious public bar serving food all day, a stylish AA Rosette restaurant “Strollers”, a lift to all main floors, a dedicated breakfast room and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We also have a fully equipped gym which is free to use for all hotel guests.

We are very lucky to have a great position on the seafront. All our sea view rooms have double glazing though to help with any adverse noise from our surroundings.

But our superb facilities are just part of the story. We also have incredibly friendly staff, who will help to make your stay a truly memorable one.

Customer feedback is always welcome, and below is just some of the feedback from our happy customers.

Staying here was truly a break. All of our needs were cared for, the room was extremely comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were very well laid out and modern. Those that served us in the dining area were very helpful and polite and one in particular went beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable and help us enjoy our time in the town as well as in the hotel. The food was delicious and well presented and served in good time. Everything was fairly priced. Overall our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable and we will return again.

Stayed for two nights in January. Rooms were great, warm and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good too. The staff should get a special mention though. Whether it was the bar, reception or breakfast staff, everyone we encountered was friendly and were always happy to help. Many thanks! Will definitely stay again.

My sister and I stayed for three nights at the Prom Hotel. The experience from the time I first booked to the time we checked out was excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was very good and lots of choice and we ate lunch with family which included two young children in the hotel on Saturday and the food was excellent Snd staff really good with the children. Also the hotel is in a great position and we would deg8nitely stay again. Thank you to all staff for a lovely stay.

Travel the world on business and very rarely write a review. But thought this place needed talking about.
Cannot praise the staff enough. So helpful, pleasant and friendly they needed commending.
I truly wish people were this friendly everywhere.  Well done. It made my visit very pleasurable

After staying in most of Yarmouth’s “better” hotels I can honestly say that the Prom Hotel is by far the most friendly and comfortable hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a wonderful classic feel to them with all the amenities you need for a relaxing short or extended stay. Also, the views from the front rooms (ask for 203,WOW!!) are as good as you will get anywhere in Yarmouth.

Thanks to Management & Staff for making our New Year stay fantastic. We found our sea view room to be of a very high standard, both in cleanliness and facility wise. All hotel personal were extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying upon our next visit to Great Yarmouth.

Found the Prom Hotel by accident while looking for another Great Yarmouth hotel. We are very happy we did. It seems like they have expanded into the hotel next door and added a great bar simply called Pub on the Prom. It’s a bar with great food all day with a bistro area where breakfast is served. The time of year we went Yarmouth was quite, but the bar was busy in the evening. Plenty of restaurants around the area still open as well.
